Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or wrong items delivered must be reported within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Products purchased during clearance/homeopathic medicine items where return is not applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
